"The Classic" Smash Burger

"The Classic" is our signature SmashBurger! It has double the meat and double the cheese. This also comes with toppings of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and IRONMIKES sauce!
"The BOB" Smash Burger

"The BOB" is the Butler Onion Burger. The BOB is a double patty with sweet onions caramelized into each patty with pickles and IRONMIKES Sauce.
"The Oklahoma Onion" Smash Burger

"The Oklahome Onion" is a double patty with sweet onions caramelized into each patty with pickles and mustard.
"The Memphis Slaw" Smash Burger

"The Memphis Slaw" is a family favorite! It is a double patty with American cheese, creamy southern coleslaw and Memphis BBQ sauce on top. The right amount of coolness for a hot day.
"The Junior" Smash Burger - Single

The Junior Smash Burger contains a single beef patty seasoned with just a pinch of salt and pepper. The patty is covered with a slice of American cheese and we add whatever condiments you enjoy.

IRONMIKES Food Truck LLC is family-owned and operated by Michael and Jessica Whaley, who share a history of over 30 years combined honorable service in the US Army. Michael and Jessica met and married while both on active duty. After living in seven different states and traveling through multiple countries, we decided to return to Jessica's hometown of Butler to raise our four kids in a family-oriented community while hopefully, giving back to a town that instilled the morals, values and work-ethic that has sustained us throughout her 24-year military career.

Closed on Sundays
Are you crazy? Don't you know you're a food truck?
Some may say that I am in the wrong business to be closed on Sundays. I know I have missed out on many events which means I have lost money because of this decision. However in this hectic life of sports practices, games, school, and work, we all need a day of rest....a day to be grateful for the things in which we have been blessed. A time to spend with the family. I have chosen to put God and family first and continue to shape the values of my children in the way I see fit.

What is a smash burger?
A typical hamburger is a patty of beef that is placed on a grill or griddle. A Smash Burger differs by placing a ball (ours are 2.7) of ground beef that is then smashed onto a hot griddle (350+ degrees) with a spatula, or some type of press. Smashing the burger results in a sear on the outside of the meat, which locks in all of the juices and flavor. Some have said this is the best burger they have ever had in thier life!

We’d love to be part of your event! Here's how it works:
We require a minimum of 40 guests to book an event. If your guest count is fewer than 40, we’re still happy to come out for a flat rate of $750 for two hours.
Our standard rate:
Is approximately $20 per person (plus tax), which includes:
- Any burger from our menu
- A regular fries
- A can of soda
For example, if you're hosting 60 guests, the total cost would be $1,200.
Please note: All food is made-to-order — this is not a buffet-style catering service. We prepare each meal fresh to ensure the best quality. Our service rate is approximately 50 - 60 guests per hour (5 burgers every 5 minutes), so please plan your event timing accordingly.
Unfortunately, we do not have permits to serve Allegany County, PA this year.
